GOTS Organic Cotton

GOTS is the worldwide leading certification for organic textile production. The certification means that the entire textile supply chain is independently certificated on both ecological and social criteria.

Our GOTS certified organic cotton reusables are made from 100% cotton stitched with polycotton for strength and durability.

The cotton used in our products is grown on non GM, small farms in South India where the dry climate helps the cotton to grow well. It is then woven in GOTS certified weaving units and sewn into bags by our manufacturer. Where required, material is screen printed using organic, azo-free dyes

For the mesh bags the fabric is woven to the actual size of the bag (as mesh fabrics cannot be cut easily) which also means there is no wastage when the products are made.

Our reusables are designed to last indefinitely, but at the end of useful life they can be recycled as textiles.
